dancing, but also entering, lining up and exiting. Also, I joined the entrance and the cheer of red house. Successfully, our team was able to win this year.
However, the process wasn't that easy. As a team, we all needed to look as one. Since there were many students from different classes, it wasn't easy to be one. But as the pep rally date drew near, everyone, including me, started to focus on practicing and we were able to finish the pep rally successfully.
At first I refused to join the dancing part because I thought that it would be so embarrassing if I dance in front of others. However, soon I figured out that it is not only me who will dance, so it is not that bad. Also, I felt like I should join because I haven't done it before by volunteering. Even though I regretted right away when I started to practice, it was fun. I think through this activity, I learned how I need to act as one of the group members. Since it was not an individual work, but a group activity, I needed to focus more on practicing. Although the dancing part was short, it was a challenging activity to me. I think through this activity, I was able to get rid of my shyness a little. Whenever I have chance to join an activity like this, I think I will not just refuse it immediately.

Good reflection Jay.
